Marc Breslow is a partner-in-charge of the Firm’s Valuation, Forensic & Litigation Services group for the SE Region. Mr. Breslow has an excess of 30 years of experience, including more than 25 years specialized in forensic accounting.
He manages complex marital dissolution engagements involving high net worth individuals and has an integral role in mediations and settlement conferences. Mr. Breslow offers insight to attorneys throughout the settlement and negotiation process, including the negotiation of alimony, child support, and valuation of assets and liabilities to determine equitable distribution of property.
As a qualified expert witness, Mr. Breslow regularly testifies in court. Throughout his career, Mr. Breslow has analyzed investor claims and distribution to unsecured creditors. Additionally, he has provided accounting, investigative and administrative services to a court appointed receiver in a shareholder dispute, ultimately involving the wind-down and liquidation of the entity.
Mr. Breslow is experienced in analyzing documentation, interviewing employees, and performing investigative analysis in relation to cases of fraud.
With more than 30 years of public accounting experience, Tami focuses her forensic accounting services in the areas of matrimonial litigation support. Tami has been successfully providing clients with assistance in complex financial forensic issues to resolve the outcomes in highly contested matrimonial cases, including sensitive cases involving public persona, celebrities, professional athletes, Fortune 500 executives, as well as individuals with significant net worth. Her experience in this area adds structure and value from inception to settlement.
Tami is qualified as an expert in federal and state courts in all areas of family law. She brings additional experience in forensic accounting, business valuation, commercial litigation, taxation and financial planning.
Ms. Reposa has over 30 years of public accounting experience, including over 20 years of litigation and forensic accounting experience. In addition to being a Certified Public Accountant in the State of Florida, she is also Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and trained as a Financial Neutral in Collaborative Family Law.
Ms. Reposa and her team of highly experienced professionals provide marital dissolution, forensic accounting and valuation services. She has developed an area of expertise in litigation support services primarily for medium to high net worth marital dissolution cases. Sonja is qualified in the South Florida region as an expert in all areas of family law cases. In addition, she prepares individual and corporate income tax returns.
Ms. Reposa is a member of the Broward County Matrimonial Lawyers, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Misty L. Weinger is a Shareholder at Kofsky Weinger, PA. Her clients are comprised of small businesses, trusts and individuals. Misty has the unique ability to see the big picture assisting the clients she serves in maximizing their financial well-being.

Misty has over 20 years of experience as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant), and holds certifications from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts as a CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst) and from the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as a CFF (Certified in Financial Forensics).
